To receive your free foot controller simply follow these few easy steps after your purchase:
Remove the ORIGINAL UPC from the product box (this is easiest if you just cut out the cardboard instead of trying to peel the sticker off). See the UPC example below. Photocopies of the UPC do not qualify.

Log into your Line 6 User Account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one (don’t worry, it’s free!)
Fill in the requested information; you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
You will be taken to a Confirmation Screen that says “Your request has been submitted!” at the top. Make a printout of this screen.
Mail your confirmation screen printout, a copy of your sales receipt, and the original UPC to:
