Purchase an Ampeg GVT52-112, GVT15-112, GVT112EW or GVT112E from an authorized U.S. Ampeg dealer between August 1, 2012 and September 30, 2012 to qualify for a rebate. No other GVT models qualify. Your rebate must be postmarked no later than October 15, 2012 to be eligible. Download and mail the fully completed rebate coupon, correctly indicating which product(s) you purchase, along with the original box UPC code(s) and a copy of your receipt (keep the original) to the address below.
